Theย Karel Janecek Chess Open 2024 is part of theย Prague Chess Festival 2024 and takes place from 28 February โ 7 March with a prize pool of 100.000 CZK (~4.000 EUR).
A very strong field of 300 players is headlined byย GM Eltaj Safarliย (Azerbaijan, 2614),ย GM Sethuraman SPย (India, 2603), andย GM Vitaliy Bernadskiyย (Ukraine, 2572), and includes famous streamers: Botez Sisters, Dina Belenkaya etc.
