Grenke Chess Classic is back after five years with five-time World Chess Champion Magnus Carlsen headlining the field!
The event is taking place from 26 March – 1 April, as a 6-player double round-robin, with two 45-minute games played each day. Along with Magnus Carlsen, the event includes Ding Liren, Vincent Keymer, Richard Rapport, Maxime Vachier-Lagrave and Daniel Fridman.
The Day 1 brings interesting clashes and the pairings are:
