The English Championship and English Womenโs Championship take place between Friday 26th May and Bank Holiday Monday 29th May 2023 at the Holiday Inn Kenilworth-Warwick, 212 Abbey End, Kenilworth CV8 1ED. The events are played in 7 rounds, swiss system, with time control of 90 minutes per player with 30 second increments from move 1.
WGM Katarzyna Toma, Kamila Hryshchenko and WCM Nina Pert headline the field. The total prize fund of the tournament is ยฃ1.750 with ยฃ750 reserved for the Winner of the event.
