Indian star Nihal Sarin demolished the opposition to complete the event with convincing 10,5/11 points, leaving the nearest follower a full point behind. The only one to snatch a draw from Nihal was GM Daniil Dubov. Nihal earned $1,000 for the effort.
Clear second on 9,5 points is two-times world chess championship challenger Ian Nepomniachtchi.
Former world champion Vladimir Kramnik is in the group of players sharing the 3rd place with 9 points each. After the initial frustration with online chess, when he got flagged in winning position a couple of times, Kramnik seems to have started enjoying online events and is now regular competitor.
