The new schedule for the 2025 Grand Chess Tour is published. The tour will kick off in April with the Superbet Rapid & Blitz Poland in Warsaw and conclude with the newly established GCT Finals.
Between these two events, there will be two rapid and blitz tournaments held in Zagreb, Croatia, and Saint Louis, USA, as well as two classical events in Bucharest, Romania, and Saint Louis, USA.
The major sponsors for the 2025 Grand Chess Tour are the Superbet Foundation, Super United, and the Saint Louis Chess Club.

The winner of the 2024 Tour is Alireza Firouzja after the powerful finish when he won both events in Saint Louis – Saint Louis Rapid & Blitz and Sinquefield Cup 2024.
