Budapest Chess Olympiad 2024

Round 2 of the Budapest Chess Olympiad Women section was played today. Top rated teams mostly won their matches, but not all of them were convincing.

Lithuania snatched 1.5 points from the defending champion Ukraine, while Finland took 1.5 points from Kazakhstan. Scotland also won 1.5 points from Serbia, with a victory by GM Ketevan Arakhamia-Grant.
