The Candidates Tournament 2024 officially commenced yesterday in Toronto’s Great Hall. All four games in the Men’s event finished in a draw, and the Women’s tournament saw one decisive game. Therefore, Tan Zhongyi emerged as the early sole leader of the Women’s Candidates.
