Vugar Gashimov Memorial Chess Tournament is set to take place from 26-28th September 2024 at the Shusha Hotel & Conference Center.
The 8-player rapid and blitz tournament is organized by the Vugar Gashimov Foundation, Ministry of Youth and Sports and the Azerbaijan Chess Federation.
This event is dedicated to the memory of Azerbaijan’s top grandmaster and European team champion Vugar Gashimov.
The rapid round robin will take place on 26 and 27th September. The blitz event is set for 28th September.
