The 1st Munich International Chess Festival is taking place from May 31 – June 6 in Munich, Germany. The event is played in 9 rounds, swiss system, in two rating categories: A and B, with the total prize fund of 30.000 euros.
Three European Champions top the field: GM Alexey Sarana (European Chess Champion 2023), GM Anton Demchenko (European Chess Champion 2021) and GM Alexander Motylev (European Chess Champion 2014)!
