The trophies of the FIDE Candidates Tournament 2024 were revealed yesterday evening in Toronto, Canada, during the Opening ceremony of the event. The wooden trophies have a Canadian national symbol maple leaf on the top, which is combined with chess motives.
The winners of the Candidates Trophies will qualify for the World Chess Championship Matches challenging the reigning World Chess Champion Ding Liren and World Women’s Chess Champion Ju Wenjun.
