The 2024 Chessable Masters is the first of the Champions Chess Tour’s four events and determines one of the players who will make it to the in-person CCT Finals. The event takes place from January 31 to February 7, and features a $300,000 prize fund.
The 2024 Chessable Masters consists of three phases: Play-in, Division Placement, and Division Play. The Play in phase is taking place on January 31st, where Grandmasters and qualified players compete in 9 rounds (swiss system) to get a favorable placement in the Division Placement phase. The top 69 players earn a spot in the Division Placement phase. All information about the event can be found here.
