The 84th Armenian Chess Championship takes place from 12-20 January 2024 in Yerevan, Armenia, simultaneously with the Armenian Women’s Chess Championship 2024.
The event is played as a 10-player round-robin tournament, with GM Samvel Ter-Sahakyan headlining the field. The time control of the event is 90 minutes for 40 moves, plus 30 minutes until the end of the game, with 30-seconds increment for each move.
