Southern Chess Classic 2024 incorporating All Southland Championships was held from Friday 4th to Sunday 6th October at the Invercargill Bridge Club, 50 Elles Road, Invercargill, New Zealand.
The 6 round Swiss tournament was open to all players and games are rated with FIDE and New Zealand Chess Federation.
The time control was 60 minutes each player plus 30 seconds increment per move from move one.
The tournament was organized by FA Richard Christie and the Invercargill Southland Chess Club.
