The 2023 O2C Doeberl Cup was held from 6-10th April at the Canberra Southern Cross Club Woden in Canberra, Australia.
The event had five playing sections: Premier, Major, Minor, Mini and Lightning. The total prize fund was $AUD 25,790, with $5,000 reserved for the winner of Premier.
The Premier section was a 9-round Swiss with 69 participants. Armenian Grandmaster Hrant Melkumyan took a clear first place with 8,0/9 points, half a point ahead of Australian GM Temur Kuybokarov.
