The Indian capital New Delhi will be the host city for the third leg of the four-stage FIDE Women’s Grand Prix which will be played from March 24 to April 5, 2023.
It will be a 12-player round-robin tournament with some of the strongest women players in the field. The participants are:

- GM Nana Dzagnidze (Georgia, 2525)

- GM Nino Batsiashvili (Georgia, 2489)
- WGM Zhu Jiner (China, 2489)
- IM Polina Shuvalova (FIDE, 2484)
- GM Elisabeth Paehtz (Germany, 2474)
- IM Bibisara Assaubayeva (Kazakhstan, 2440)
- IM Rameshbabu Vaishali (India, 2433).
Ukrainian Grandmasters Anna and Mariya Muzychuk withdrew from the event and have been replaced by Nino Batsiashvili and Vaishali Rameshbabu.
The time control for the tournament is 90 minutes for the first 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes for the rest of the game, with an increment of 30 seconds per move starting from move one. The total prize fund for each one of the four events is €80,000, with another €80,000 being distributed among the top eight players in the overall standings for the Grand Prix series.
