The 61st edition of the Mongolian Chess Championship takes place from 20-30 May in Khovd, Mongolia, simultaneously with the Mongolian Women’s Chess Championship 2023. The event is played in 11 rounds, round-robin system, with time control of 90 minutes for 40 moves, followed by 30 minutes to the end of the game, plus a 30-second increment starting from move one.
