The Jerusalem Chess Masters 2024 is taking place on 24-25 September in Israel’s capital, Jerusalem.
The event is played as a rapid round-robin, with a very strong field headlined by GM Peter Svidler. The line-up includes GM Daniil Dubov, GM Vasyl Ivanchuk, GM Jorden Van Foreest, GM Pavel Eljanov, GM Maxim Rodshtein, GM Ilia Smirin, GM Evgeny Postny, GM Avital Boruchovsky and GM Ido Gorshtein.
The total prize fund of the event is $75,000, with $30,000 reserved for the Winner of the tournament. Jerusalem Rapid Chess Open 2024 is taking place simultaneously with the Masters competition.
