During his live stream, GM Hikaru Nakamura spoke about Vladimir Kramnik’s allegations on online cheating. Kramnik’s insinuations and posts about online cheating didn’t miss one of the best online chess players in the world – Hikaru Nakamura.
“The thing is that Kramnik doesn’t troll, I’ve known Kramnik for a long time and I knew from the start that he wasn’t trolling. He’s always been a little bit crazy“, said Nakamura adding that Kramnik desperately needs attention.
I donโt know exactly what his motives are, but he needs attention. He desperately needs attention, and anything that brings him attention โ heโs gonna keep doing it, which is why I donโt really talk about it. I mean, it sucks getting old when you are no longer relevant and nobody really cares about what you have done, but thatโs life.
