After we published the information that Hans Niemann is sanctioned by USCF Executive Board, the American Grandmaster reacted on X, repeating that the Saint Louis Chess Club are ignoring his attempts of making contact to resolve matters.
Niemann also released the letter he sent to SLCC earlier this month. (Full text on the linked page)
“Rather than ignoring me, and filing ethics complaints that aim to get me suspended, letโs focus on growing American chess.
I am yet to receive a response to the letter I sent to SLCC on the 4th July. I hope that publishing this will result in movement towards a better future.
The ethics complaint ruling against me is another example of the corrupt chess establishment trying to ruin my career.
They failed to reply to my rebuttal, which shows that the complaint had no merit. I will submit my appeal and hope that the American Chess Federation chooses justice.”
