The 3rd Annual Beltway Chess Open is set to take place from 6-8th September at the Executive Conference and Training Center in Dulles, Virginia, USA.
The event has five sections: Premier (FIDE-rated), Under 1900, Under 1600, Under 1300, and Under 1000.
The tournament format is 5-round Swiss with the time control G/100 d30.
The event has a $5,500 guaranteed prize fund.
Premier: $1300 for 1st, $550 for 2nd, $300 for 3rd
U1900: $1000 for 1st, $400 for 2nd, $100 for 3rd
U1600: $550 for 1st, $250 for 2nd, $100 for 3rd
U1300: $350 for 1st, $150 for 2nd
U1000: $300 for 1st, $150 for 2nd
102 players are currently registered to participate. Top rated is GM Aleksandr Lenderman.

There will be four sections: K-12, K-8, K-5, and K-3. Tournament format is 8 rounds with the time control 25 min + 5 sec.
