The UK vs Ukraine solidarity match is taking place from 21-30 March in London, England. An eight-game challenge match is played between GM Michael Adams and GM Andrei Volokitin in three different venues: UK Parliament, Ukrainian Embassy in London and European Bank for Reconstruction and Development. The time control is: 100 minutes for 40 moves, then 50 minutes to the end of the game, with a 30-second increment from move 1, & the prize fund is $45,000.
