The 18th Annual SPICE Cup Open is taking place from 13-18th October at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel in Chesterfield, St. Louis, Missouri, USA.
The tournament is a single section open only to players rated over 2000 FIDE or 2200 USCF.
The tournament will be 9-round Swiss with the classical time control G/90 + inc/30. GM, IM, WGM, WIM norms are possible.
