The 2nd edition of the Chessable Sunway Formentera Chess Festival takes place from 18 to 28 April at the Hotel Club Sunway Punta Prima in Spain. The event is played in 10 rounds, swiss system, with the time control of 90 minutes for 40 moves, plus 30 minutes until the end of the game, with the increment of 30 seconds for each move, starting from the move one. The total prize fund of the A Group tournament is 14.500 EUR with 3.000 EUR reserved for the Winner of the tournament.
